Registration steps/Confirmation of participants e-POSTER section STRESS CONGRESS 2023:
• Abstract submission: until 14 August 2023.
• Abstract confirmation: 27 August 2023
• Resubmission of abstracts for those for which changes have been requested: 20 August 2023
• Approval of the final form of abstracts by the designated verification/correction/approval team of the E-poster session of the congress and their official upload to the dedicated platform of the event by each participant: 27 August 2023
• Final E-POSTER submission: 20 September 2023.
• Judging: 21-22.09.2023
• Designation of the winners and their announcement for the preparation of the oral presentation + e-poster screening to be presented on the last day of the Congress.
ABSTRACT – Depending on the type of E-POSTER desired, the abstract will have to be structurally adapted to one of the 2 options: Case Report or Original Study/Meta-Analysis.
Abstract type – Case Report (Structure: Introduction > Case presentation > Conclusion)
– The introduction should briefly present the pathology and its implications in the population - The case presentation should contain information on the reasons for admission, physical examination, paraclinical investigations and differential and definite diagnosis. - In the conclusion section it is preferable to highlight the particularities of the case.
Abstract type – Original study / Meta-analysis (Structure: Introduction > Material and Methods > Results > Conclusions)
– The introduction will present the objective and usefulness of the study. - The "Material and Methods" section will include a description of the group of patients included in the study, the actions taken and the data analysis - The "Results" section will include the data obtained from the data analysis - The conclusions will highlight the importance of this study.
General rules for the preparation of ABSTRACTS:
– The abstract should not exceed 300 words. - Structure should include author/co-authors title and keywords. - Each abstract can be uploaded only once. - A participant can thus upload (and submit) only one abstract - All other medical professionals or persons involved in the abstract will be listed as co-authors. - Co-authors who wish to participate in the conferences will only be able to do so as Participants. - Abstracts and e-posters will be written in Romanian.
E-POSTER (ELECTRONIC POSTER): based on the structure of the abstract submitted and accepted/validated by the committee, the E-poster will be produced according to the rules below.
